Ms. Lloa Bass-Golokeh is a seasoned communications and knowledge management specialist.
With over ten years of progressive experience within the international development sector, Lloa
has worked in the United States, West Africa, and East Africa. Ms. Bass-Golokeh excels in
providing strategic support to international development agencies, particularly in areas of social
behavior change (SBC) and impact-driven communication strategies.
Throughout her career, Lloa has successfully collaborated with high-ranking government officials
and major development institutions on advocacy and knowledge management initiatives. Her
work spans critical issues such as gender-based violence, violence against women and children,
domestic resource mobilization, education, agriculture, refugee solutions, land tenure and tax
administration/compliance.
In addition to her expertise in program management, monitoring, and reporting, Lloa is proficient
in French, enhancing her ability to engage in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
Lloa is a mother, and enjoys music, the arts, and travelling in her spare time.
